Welcome to LandX, where we are reshaping the way land is managed. Our story began with the acquisition of large land parcels on the Caribbean Coast of Panama and the realization that there was a need to break them down into smaller, more accessible units. This concept of fractionalization became the driving force behind our innovative approach.
In our BlueForest project, we took vast rainforest properties and expertly divided them into smaller parcels, each represented by a unique NFT. Similarly, in BlueLiving, we subdivided expansive beachfront properties into smaller building lots, opening up new opportunities for leisure property ownership.
Transparency and clear visualization were key considerations for our NFT holders. We scoured the internet for mapping and registry solutions that would meet our needs, but nothing matched our vision. That’s when we took matters into our own hands and developed LandX, an app that revolutionizes land mapping, fractionalization and registration.
Originally intended for our BlueForest and BlueLiving projects, LandX quickly garnered attention from industry professionals in real estate, land conservation, and agriculture. They too faced the challenge of accurately mapping and registering unique land data in a user-friendly and interactive manner. Recognizing the demand for a comprehensive solution, LandX expanded its horizons and is rapidly becoming the go-to platform for anyone dealing with land-related endeavors.
